Do you offer payment terms?
We do not offer terms at this time through our website for wholesale. If you are interested in placing an order with terms, you can use one of the reseller website links we are affiliated with to place an order with payment terms.

Why is there a tax on my wholesale order?
The tax will be removed once the order is processed and you will not be charged a tax if the correct resale license is provided and confirmed valid.
Can I order a tester candle before getting a bigger order?
Yes, with proof of a business license, we offer (1) tester sample kit tea lights to try out all our scent offerings before you commit to a larger order. If your order consists of numerous tester tealights only, your order will be canceled if there are all testers tealights or single testers without a previous order of a case pack of candles.
What is the MSRP for the candles?
By purchasing from us, you agree to our Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) in stores and online listed in each product listing. If you do not follow our MSRP pricing policy you will no longer be able to sell our product.
Purchasing as a wholesale reseller from us means you are an extension of our business. Please act ethically on our behalf when selling our products.
How long does it take to process my wholesale order?
1-3 business days. If you don’t provide your business license in the notes section of your order, it adds a delay in us having to contact you for that information to confirm it.
Where do I provide my business license information?
In the notes section when you are checking out, make sure to add the license number for us to confirm the information is valid. You know government confirmation stuff.
Do you accept Western Union, Checks, or Money order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any of these payment methods. Purchases can be made conveniently online with our wholesale website checkout system. All wholesale orders are placed after payment has been made for the items.

Do you offer drop shipping?
No, we do not offer drop shipping. We do however have plenty of wholesale options for any sized business.
Can I get a wholesale discount?
Not at this time, sorry. No coupons can be combined or added for any wholesale order, not even the welcome email sign-up discount- that promotion is available for retail customers only. Keep you updated if anything changes.
Can I return an item I got on sale as a wholesale order?
All items marked as sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund, e-gift card, or exchange. No refund will be provided sorry.
What if some of my wholesale order items arrived damaged?
Reach out to hello@choiceblooms.com right away with your order # and an image of the damaged items. We will work on replacing the item right away!
How should I display my wholesale items in my store?
For optimal visual and smelling pleasure, we recommend having your tester candle out of the packaging and inside a cloche for customers to lift to smell at their leisure. For the packaged candles we suggest a stacked pyramid style behind the tester or on a raiser type of display.
DO NOT stack directly one on top of the other as that makes them unstable.
